We express the world through language – the Constructivism
The human brain today is able to process a large amount of information because a biological evolutionary trait had genetically selected extra memory skills in ancestral human brains, empowering them with the advantage of an increased knowledge accrue about the world, ensuring the adaptability and the survival of the Human species on the planet.
The act of transmitting a person`s own ideas by employing an articulated language (for example: the interchange between two persons when teaching, or learning the rules and techniques for making a tool), is the endeavor of the human mind for associative abstraction, for finding coincidences and linking them to form a pattern, all of this with the purpose to recall that specific pattern afterwards. This frequent mind exercise resulted in a model that works every time.   
The written language was also similarly constructed: learning a symbolic-abstract language such as ours emerged from the growing necessity to keep business records of trading, to devise accounting systems and to tally individual tax payments.
Writing is a system of practical symbols comprised of lines encoding abstract thoughts, for later decoding and conveying the information contained therein. The spoken and written words interchanging with social interaction has fostered a wide-ranging assortment of human individual personalities. The words forged a collective life awareness in the people, reflecting the affective relations and the social adequacy among its members, and carried the intellectual load of the sum of all facts assimilated by this social group.    
The end result remained expressed in the ideas and the words that stayed with each human group, in a line of continuity of the human culture to the present day.
Being the spoken language just one of the types of social communication of all animal species, the descriptive and argumentative intellectual functions of our abstract language is the differential aspect between the human and the animal language.

People have an interesting descriptive – critical brain function, (among many others emerging in the cerebral cortex), that describes an object in detail and then right away feels the need to review that description. This mental incentive trait has much contributed to the development of our abstract language skills. The constant work out of brain tasks boosts the multiplication of neurons cells and synapses, resulting in an improved complexity of mental functions and increased brain volume.
Some modern philosophical questionings deliberate whether our understanding of reality is the result 
parallax
of the way that our mind associates the causes to the effects, as our brain notices the repetition of natural processes and patterns, sorting them out until these findings become representations in models that can be carried out in art, technology, and science.    
All our understanding about causality and its effects depend on this sharp capacity of the human brain to absorb grouped information, which in turn is completely built over the mental processes structures of observing, associating and repeating.
The observation of the vast landscape of the natural world, as the brain sees it, is a rich inspiration that stimulates our creative ability to make connections between the observed items, and then think novel results. The invention of the first useful techniques emerged from the reflections on these free associations.
